The meeting pointed out that reducing general industrial and commercial electricity prices is an important measure to deepen supply-side structural reform and reduce real economic costs. It is conducive to optimizing the business environment, enhancing corporate vitality and promoting stable economic development. Since the beginning of this year, the National Development and Reform Commission has introduced 10 price reduction measures in four batches, including promoting regional power grids and inter-provincial and inter-regional power transmission price reforms, temporarily reducing power transmission and distribution prices, reducing value-added tax for power grid enterprises, and expanding inter-provincial and inter-regional power transactions. scale, reduce construction funds for major water conservancy projects, urge self-owned power plants to assume social responsibilities, release incremental benefits of electricity, cancel some monopoly service charging items of power grid companies, etc. Taking into account all the measures that have been introduced, calculated on an annual basis, the total can reduce the electricity expenses of general industrial and commercial enterprises by more than 100 billion yuan, exceeding the 10% reduction target.
The meeting requested that local price authorities should fully implement various price reduction measures that the country has introduced, especially focusing on cleaning up and standardizing price increases in the power supply link. Carefully investigate the implementation of electricity price policies for commercial complexes, industrial parks, properties, office buildings and other transfer power supply entities in the region, identify difficulties and blockages in the implementation of price reduction policies, implement policies by category, and adopt comprehensive measures to accelerate the cleanup and standardization of transfer power supply entities in national regulations The unreasonable price increase charged to end users in addition to the sales price of electricity will open up the "last mile" of price reduction and ensure that the amount involved in various price reduction measures introduced by the country since this year will be fully transmitted to the terminal power supply users, so that all general industrial and commercial users can A real sense of gain.
